Completed works
01
Design
At the initial stage, we prepared a working project, which includes assembly diagrams for panels, equipment layout schemes, and all necessary cable lines. Then we handed over the project to the general contractor for cable installation at the site.
02
Switchboard Connection
Next, our specialists conducted a lot of work to connect lines to the electrical switchboards. In total, about 1400 cable lines were brought into the electrical switchboards. To avoid confusion, each line has its unique identifier.
03
Switchboard Assembly
After completing the cable connection work, we proceeded to assemble the switchboards. For this purpose, the room was specially isolated from construction dust. In addition to two power switchboards, we installed a server rack.
04
End Equipment in Rooms
Once the walls and ceilings were finished, we started installing equipment in the rooms of the house. In addition to control panels, we installed touch screens, motion sensors, and surveillance cameras.
05
Programming
Next, we began setting up and programming the system. An individual application interface was developed for this project, based on the client's wishes and interior design.
This section describes the final result, functions, control methods and automation scenarios that are implemented in the project.
Result
Functions
01
Smart lighting
All lighting groups are controlled by the smart home system. Some lighting groups are dimmable using the DALI protocol. Staircases, corridors, and bathrooms are equipped with motion sensors.
02
Climate Control
The system supports multi-zone climate control and allows setting the desired temperature in any living space. Integration with air conditioning and ventilation is done using the Modbus protocol.
03
Curtains Control
Motorized curtain tracks support the touch-motion function, allowing the curtains to be operated with a light touch. The system can automatically close all curtains when it gets dark.
04
Household Systems
To prevent fires, the system allows turning off all unnecessary electrical appliances when no one is home. This function is implemented using a power contactor installed on specific socket groups.
05
Comprehensive Security
The villa's comprehensive security system includes video surveillance with remote viewing capability, a video intercom system at the gate and main entrance door, and a water leak detection system.
06
Audio-multiroom
Built-in ceiling speakers are installed in the bedroom areas, master bathroom, and gym. The function is based on professional Bowers and Wilkins speakers and SONOS AMP players.
07
Home Cinema
A 7.2 format home theater is installed in the small living room area. The audio system is based on Bowers and Wilkins speakers and an Anthem receiver. A 77-inch Bang & Olufsen HARMONY TV screen is used for the video system.
Control
For controlling from personal devices, a unique minimalist application interface was developed for this project, based on the client's preferences. Control is available both inside the house and from anywhere in the world.
Control Panels
Touch panels from the Black Nova brand in white color were installed in the entrance area, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Each button has individual engraving indicating its function.
Voice Control
Voice control functionality using Amazon Alexa assistant is installed in the main and small living rooms and the master bedroom. The system supports 20 individual commands pre-programmed according to the client’s demands.
Touch Screens
Touch screens based on Apple iPad and Basalte Eve wall mounts were installed on each floor near the staircase. A special control interface was developed for these screens in portrait orientation.
