A globally renowned manufacturer of innovative switches. The products feature convenient keys with engraved icons and text, as well as confirmation of pressing with a light click.

A well-known brand that produces equipment based on the KNX standard. The company's headquarters is located in Spain. The distinctive feature of the devices is their flexibility in configuration and high reliability.

An American brand producing revolutionary mounting systems for Apple iPad tablets. The equipment allows mounting the tablet on the wall or table, with some models featuring built-in wireless charging.

A company producing multi-protocol gateways for integrating climate control equipment of various brands with home automation protocols.

A European company specializing in the development and production of products in the field of access control systems and video intercoms. This equipment is fully compatible with the proposed home automation protocols.
Completed works

Designing
At the first stage, we prepared all the necessary documentation for installation: schematic diagrams, panel layout diagrams, routing plans, device placement plans, cable log, and a complete list of equipment for project implementation.

Switchboard Connection
Next, according to the project documentation, we connected all lines to the electrical Switchboards and server rack. After that, additional testing of the integrity of all cable lines was carried out in agreement with the customer.

Switchboard Assembly
Next, we started assembling the panels. Due to limited space, we used several narrow panels from Hager, placed one under the other. We installed DALI power supplies for lighting control in a separate dedicated switchboard.

End Equipment in Rooms
After that, we installed end equipment: Black Nova control panels, iPad-based touch screens, various sensors. In the collector cabinet, we installed heating servo drives and leak control drives.

System Commissioning
The final stage included full configuration of all functions of the KNX-based home automation system , using specialized ETS software, and connection to the control interface.

Functions
01
Smart Lighting
All lighting groups in the apartment are connected to the smart home, including colored LED strips in the living room and bedroom. The system supports brightness adjustment using the DALI protocol. Motion sensors are installed in the bathrooms.

Security Systems
The apartment is equipped with a leak control system, entrance door opening control, and video surveillance in the entrance area. An electric lock and a 2N biometric reader are installed on the master bedroom door.

Climate Control
The smart home controls all climate systems in the apartment: heating, Daikin air conditioners, ventilation. The system allows you to set the desired temperature and automatically maintain it.

Curtain Control
Motorized roller blinds are installed on all windows, controlled from control panels, touch screens, and with the Google Home assistant. The system allows automatic opening of blinds using an alarm clock.
Control
12 Black Nova Aria series control panels in white and black are installed in the apartment,. Each button has an individual engraving of the function it performs.
Voice Control
Voice control function is installed in the kitchen-living room using the Google Home assistant. The system supports 10 individual commands, pre-programmed by customer’s demand.
Touch Screens
A touch screen based on the Apple iPad and iPort wall mount, painted in black, was installed in the master bathroom. This touch screen is equipped with a magnetic mount, allowing it to be removed and then put back on charge.
Personal Devices
All system functions can be controlled from personal smartphones or tablets through a special application, including from anywhere in the world with internet access. Interior photos of the object have been added to the application interface.
